Why clients choose us

We ask our clients what they think about the service we deliver to them and how likely they would be to recommend us.

Here are some highlights from our 2016 survey results:

A statistical image showing that 94% of our clients said we were good or excellent at meeting agreed deadlines
A statistical image saying that 99% of our clients said that our understanding of their business goals and strategy was good or excellent

Within our client satisfaction survey we asked our clients how likely they are to recommend us as their legal advisor to other businesses. We refer to this as our Net Promoter Score. Based on the feedback from our 2016 Client Satisfaction Survey, our NPS is +72. To put this into context, an NPS of +50 or higher is considered a good score.
